The client needed a Cameo-style platform in Poland — enabling users to order personalized videos, book meetings and online lessons, and paid chat with creators.

Designed an automated video transcoding pipeline (FFmpeg) rendering clips to multiple formats, backed by secure AWS S3 CloudFront streaming. Billing logic uses Stripe Connect for automated split-fees.
