Personal data is processed in order to:

  • Handle inquiries and execute technology briefs (basis under Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR – actions prior to entering into a contract).
  • Contact by phone or email regarding projects (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest).
  • Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR – consent given by accepting cookies).

3. Data Retention Period

Data sent via the contact form is stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and conduct business talks, but not longer than 3 years or until an objection/request for deletion is made. Analytical data collected by cookies is subject to retention periods determined by the tool providers (Google, Microsoft).

4. Data Recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to entities providing hosting services, analytical tool providers (Google LLC, Microsoft Corp.), and integration services (e.g. Cal.com for booking meetings). All entities guarantee an adequate level of processing security.
